support of fisheries education, training, and research and encouraging                              
collaborative efforts between the state, the University of Alaska, and                              
other educational institutions to provide fisheries education programs,                             
was enrolled, signed by the President and Secretary, Speaker and                                    
Chief Clerk and the engrossed and enrolled copies transmitted to the                                
Office of the Governor at 8:13 a.m., April 14, 2004.
